Some people claim there is nothing new about the Polish kitchen. Our reply is, ‘BITE…into this’. We start with our classic breaded panfried kotlet, smother the first half with a beautiful kiełbasa leczo sauce, add the second half, more leczo on top, then melted cheese over the lot! Oh my!
