This vegan version of the Polish classic has no eggs and we use vegan mayo, so it’s probably not going to please true Polish food lovers, right? Wrong. We love the fact that everyone can enjoy the taste that turned the Founder onto Polish food. (He still eats it for breakfast when no one is watching!)
