Ryba po Greku is as traditional a dish as you’ll find at Wigilia. And it needs to be traditional, because it’s breaded, fried fish for some crazy reason smothered in a carrot-based sauce. We do these things because we have to. But hey, with a shot of vodka it goes down a treat!
