Beet broth & Dumplings (v)
Beautiful beetroot broth with tiny dumplings stuffed with lusciously chopped mushrooms and onion.
Herring and chopped onion salad in cream served with bread.
Wild Mushroom Soup (V)
Traditonal wild mushroom soup served with bread.
Pan Fried Trout
Fried trout fillet served with buttered boiled potatoes and tossed salad.
Slow roasted turkey roulade stuffed with our own chicken liver, apple and onion pâté served with white mushroom sauce, fried potato dumplings and salad.
Mushroom Pierogi (V)
10 pierogi stuffed with white mushrooms, garlic and fresh thyme, topped with onion and served with sour cream.
In-house baked gingerbread served warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
